Create your Trust Circle Personal account

Verify once with your phone, then sign and share documents securely.

Before you start

Have these ready:

  • Your smartphone
  • Your passport or national ID
  • A few minutes and good lighting

 

Set up your account

You only need to do this once.

  1. Install the ZealiD app. Download ZealiD from Google Play or the App Store. Your verified identity lives in the app, and you'll use it for every login.
  2. Verify your identity in the app. Open ZealiD and complete the biometric check: a face scan and a photo of your ID document, all on your phone. It takes about 3–4 minutes and there's no video call. Need help? See the registration guide.
  3. Log in to Trust Circle. In your browser, go to my.zealid.com/login. A QR code appears. Open the ZealiD app and scan it. This is how your verified identity unlocks your account.
  4. Choose your subscription. Pick the plan that fits how often you sign (see Personal subscription plans below). You can change it any time under Account & Billing.
  5. Create your first circle. Create a circle and invite a client. They verify once, and from then on every document you exchange with them is trusted.

Important: have the app ready first. The login page shows only a QR code, with no further instructions. If you reach it before installing the app and verifying your identity, go back to step 1.

Why do I need to verify?
  • Required by EU law: biometric verification is required before a qualified signature can be issued.
  • Verify once: your verified identity stays valid for 2 years. After that you just log in with the app.
  • Legally binding: your signatures are valid across the EU, Norway and the UK under eIDAS.

Good to know
  • Changing plans: upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades start at your next billing period, so you keep your current plan until then.
  • Unused signatures: signature credits don't roll over. Each billing period starts with a fresh quota.
  • Need more? Buy extra signature credits or storage packs in Account & Billing, with no need to change plan.
  • If your subscription ends: signing, uploads and member management pause. Your data is kept for 30 days. Resubscribe within that time and everything is restored; after that, it's permanently deleted.
