How do I create a data request to get access to my data?

To submit a personal data request to ZealiD, follow the three steps below. ZealiD will send a confirmation to the email address you provided once your request has been submitted.

1. Indicate personal information — Provide your email address and mobile phone number so that ZealiD can locate your personal information in its databases and validate your identity. Prepare this information before composing your request email in Step 2.
2. Review and submit your request — Check that the personal data you entered in Step 1 is correct, then submit your request to dpo@zealid.com.
3. Confirmation — After submitting, ZealiD will send a confirmation to the email address you provided in Step 1.
