How does a Qualified Electronic Signature reflect on the signed document?

After signing a document with a ZealiD qualified electronic signature, a ZealiD logo indicating that the document was signed with a qualified electronic signature will appear. More signature details are available in the signature panel when the file is opened via Adobe Acrobat Reader.
