The time (in days) to complete a data request is defined by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and in practice may differ by request type (View, Delete or Update). Once you submit a data request, your request is reviewed and confirmed by the ZealiD Customer Care team and/or appointed Data Protection Officer (DPO).
In accordance with applicable law, if we need more time due to the complexity of your request or the volume of requests we are fulfilling at the time you submit your request, we will let you know in advance and provide you with an update on the status of your request.
