Can non-EU citizens acquire a Qualified Electronic Signature?

While supporting 26 countries in the EU, ZealiD is expanding its coverage to support as many users as possible.

Being a non-EU citizen, a person is required to have:

  • A mobile device that supports Face ID or Touch ID;
  • The ZealiD mobile app;
  • One of the supported documents from the coverage list.
